Why use photo taking when employee punch?
When the employee punch, Emprez allows you to request to take a photo with the physical punch to be sure it is the right person punching.
You can check the photo when approving the timesheet.
How to set it up?
Apply mandatory photo-taking to an employee
- Go to an employee's file,
- Click on Punch, Web and Mobile Parameters,
- In the Punch Parameters section, check the box Take photo.
Apply mandatory photo-taking when punching to all employees
- Follow the steps noted above,
- Then, click on Apply to all Employees (Next to the title Punch parameters).
Emprez keeps employee photos stored on our servers for up to 21 days by default. After this period, photos are automatically deleted from the system to ensure employee confidentiality. The service does, however, keep the time tags associated with employee punch actions.
The customer can request that the information be stored longer if they wish, but we do not offer this by default.
