Search for an employee file

Types of research 

To efficiently search for an employee file, you have several options. Click the Employee menu, then choose Search:
  1. By the last name: enter the family name directly: LAST_NAME
  2. By the first name: write a comma before entering the first time: ,FIRST_NAME
  3. By last name and first name: write the family name first, then space, then the first name: LAST_NAME FIRST_NAME
  4. By Employee number: do # followed by the Employee Number: #EMPLOYEE_NUMBER
  5. By Badge number : do ! follows by the badge number : !BADGE

"Include Inactive Employees"

Inactive employees are, in general, those who are:
  1. Work stoppage
  2. Parental leave
  3. Sick leave

"Include hidden Employees"

Hidden employees are:
  1. Those who do not appear in schedules, timesheets or reports
  2. Those who no longer work for you (employees with departure date)

Filter your employee file searches by access profile

  1. In the Employees menu, click on Search,
  2. Check the box(es) for the desired access profile(s),
  3. Then click Search, and the list of matching employee records will appear
