Modification of the employee file (used for sorting) in batch

For more information on the sort order and its functions, click here
  1. Click on the Employee menu,
  2. Choose Modify Employee Sorting Order (batch),
  3. Select the employees: by the enterpriseOR by service/department OR by position,
  4. Click on Search,
  5. Check the employees concerned,
  6. Double-click on the Employee's file box to modify,
  7. Click on Save.


To check the information, and change individually:  
  1. Go to the Employee file,
  2. In the Parameters section, click on Work Parameters.
