Overview of different timebanks, holidays and vacations
Timebank: The number of hours available and set aside for each employee who will be paid later.
It is a reserve of overtime. In a few clicks, fill in the missing hours in timesheets using the hours available in the timebank.
Warning :
Banked: Any time banked is always done at your employee's basic hourly rate. Any hourly premium is automatically calculated and paid to the employee according to the actual time worked. The cumulative premium that the employee could see applied to his time worked is, however, modified according to the hours worked.
For example, an employee with a cumulative premium calculating overtime after 43 hours worked, modified to 40 hours.
Use of the bank: Any payment from the bank of time worked is made at the employee's base salary. Any bonus associated with the employee's default position is not applied. The same is true for cumulative premiums that may apply.
