Error messages during authentification
For all the cases below, you can send us a ticket so that we can resolve the situation.
Mauvais Usager / Mot de passe
Compte désactivé
- Causes: Wrong user code OR the account is deactivated.
- Solutions:
- If the user code used was wrong, ask your supervisor to reactivate your account and edit a new password for you.
- If your account is deactivated after too many attempts, aks your supervisor to reactivate your account and give you your password.
Vous n'avez pas le bon rôle pour cette application
- Causes: You are using the wrong web portal to log in.
- Solutions:
- If you are an employee, use the Employee portal.
- If you are an administrator or manager, use the Management Portal.
Pas d'entreprise liée
- Cause: The user's account is not associated with units + enterprises
- Solution:
- Access to the Employee file,
- Go to Parameters, click on Web and Mobile access,
- Click on User's Rights,
- Choose the units in the left column,
- Choose the enterprise in the right column,
- Save.
These errors appear when you click "Forgot password?":
Sorry, this is an error from the server [Code 000]
- Causes: The user's account is invisible and/or has a departure date.
- Solutions :
- If the user's account is invisible, ask your manager to change your account into a visible account.
- If your account has a departure date, please contact your supervisor regarding the supposed date of your departure from the company.
Vous n'avez pas de courriel à votre dossier
- Causes: The user's account does not have an email associated with their account.
- Solution:
- Go to the Employee file,
- Click on his name,
- In the Email box, enter the email to which the new password should be sent,
- Choose Email in 1st call pref box.
If you have an Administrator account, you must send us an email with your user code and your email.
