Description of roles and access of an Employee

The first position level on the Emprez scale is the employee profile.

All users created by an Administrator have the employee profile.
  1. They have their own access: Employee access
  2. They have no possibility to modify the access of other users
  3. It can be configured to have different rights 
  4. They are visible on the schedule
  5. This is the type of account assigned by default to any new file entered in Emprez
Employee type accounts have no access to the managers portal. Each new Employee type account will be assigned a username and password. The employee will use them to view their information and schedules. For this employee has two choices:
  1. Use the mobile application on your smartphone. He can download it on his iPhone and Android phone.
  2. Access its employee portal from Emprez.net.
The same user and password are used to access the mobile application and the employee portal.
