Type of employee access to the punch: Physical punch or mobile punch
The employee has two ways of pointing his presence at a shift:
- With the mobile app
- On the physical punch machine

Activate the option
For your employee to be able to punch via the Emprez mobile application, you must configure their rights.

Transmit user code and password
To allow your employee to connect, you will need to provide them with their access codes to the mobile application.

Note that your employee can punch via the Emprez mobile application if he has downloaded it or via his Employee web portal.

So that your employees can punch their presences via the physical punch you must set up a few parameters from your Administrator area. To allow your employee to point his presence on the physical punch machine, you must provide his code in numbers.
