Configuration of the functions of your punch machine for your employees

The punch machine will be used by your employees to punch their presence. The machine linked to Emprez will allow you to compare the planned schedule with the schedule actually worked by the employee.
The punch machine also allows you to consult other information relating to themselves or their team. For more information, see the following articles depending on your machine model: V1 Punch Model or V2 Punch Model.

You can configure what the employee can do on the punch machine from your Administrator account.

Collective parameters

Just go to the Parameters menu > Punchs parameters. You just have to check the parameters you want to set up. The options will apply to all of your employees.

Individual settings

You can configure access to the punch on a case-by-case basis by going to the employee's file.
Employees > Employee's name > Parameters > Time punching > Punch, Web and Mobile Parameters.
