Import Tax statements (T4 and Relevé 1)

Use Emprez to import and distribute your tax statements R1 and T4 to your employees. They will have access to these documents from the mobile application or employee portal.

This functionality is available only for users of the Web service Nethris or Employeur D.

Ask an agent to activate the option for your business. If you want to activate for several payroll companies, do not forget to specify it.

Make sure you have the .zip file containing the employee documents.

To import documents in batch: 

1. Click on Pay,
   
2. Choose Import Tax Statements (T4 and Relevé 1),
   
3. Choose the right company,
4. Drag and drop the .zip file into the designated area,
   
1. Maximum file size per .zip is 200MB
   
2. You can upload multiple 200MB files at a time
5. Click on  Import the file.

For managers, the list of documents will be available in the Employee file > Documents (gray button at the bottom)
For the employee the list of documents will be available: 

1. In the Personal Information in the Employee portal,
   
2. And in the Documents section on the mobile app.
