6. My documents


My Documents

The documents that the company wishes to share with you, without the need for a signature on your part, will be shared with you in the My documents menu.
  1. To access it from the home page, click on the bottom menu , then on My Documents.
  2. Your documents will appear in this menu.

Documents to acknowledge

  1. To access documents that require an electronic signature from you, click on the bottom menu , then on Documents to acknowledge.
  2. Then you need to click on the document to read it,
  3. Once read, you can put a comment on the document and click "I accept".
  4. After that in the documents section you can see that the document is accepted as well as the date.
 

Pay stubs

To access your pay stubs, click on the bottom menu ,, then Pay stubs.
Your pay stubs will be organized by year.
