Getting Started with the Employee Portal

The options available to employees via the Employee Portal are only available if those options have been authorized and activated for use by management.
Administrators, here is how to manage the access and functionalities of your employees.
If a feature is not authorized by a manager, the menu related to this option will be grayed, inaccessible.
The Emprez Employee Portal is supported for use via the  Google Chrome web navigator. Although certain versions of Internet Explorer may also work - only Google Chrome is supported.

To Login 

  1. Go to emprez.net,
  2. Under Sign-In, select Employee Portal,
  3. Enter your Emprez Username and Password (provided to you by your manager).
Note that, for security reasons, Emprez is not authorized to provide employees with their password information. 

Employee Portal Main Menu

  1. Personal Information: View your contact information, request changes to your availabilities and/or temporary unavailabilities
  2. My Schedule: View your schedule and, if you wish, link this information to your external calendar
  3. My Timesheets: View your timesheets (both approved and not yet approved)
  4. Division Schedule: View the schedule of all employees 
  5. Messaging: Send and receive internal messages, submit vacation requests
  6. My Time Bank: View your hours banked and balance of available sick days and vacation days
  7. Pay Stubs: Access pay stubs
  8. Punch: Punch your work time (Shift Start, Shift End, Break Start, etc.)
  9. Exit the Application: We recommend that you exit the portal especially if you are not on a private, personal device.


Emprez Employee Password

To change your employee password via the Employee Portal

  1. Connect to the employee portal with the username and password provided to you by management,
  2. Click on the small key icon at the top right corner of the main menu ,
  3. Complete the required fields,
  4. Click Update.



Forgot Your Password?

From the Sign In page, enter your Username and then click on  Forgot Password? - an email will be sent to the email address registered in your employee file with instructions on how to reset your password. You will then have 30 minutes to enter the temporary password sent to you by Emprez.
Please note that Emprez does not have access to the temporary password sent to you. If you no longer have access to the email entered in your file, you must reach the expiration of the temporary password to contact us (30 min).

If there is no email address in your employee file you will not be able to reset your password. You will have to contact the Emprez Account Administrator(s) at your company to have your email address added to your file. The Administrator will generally be a member of the senior management team such as the Human Resource Manager, Payroll Manager or General Manager.

Asking your Manager for your Emprez Username and Password

For your Manager to find your Username and Password they will have to log in to their Emprez Management Portal and access your employee file : 
Employee File >
  Parameters  > Mobile and Web Access
They will then be able to view your Username and Password. 


Error Message: Wrong Username / Password

Case #1: You are using the wrong login credentials

Check that you have entered your Username correctly.  This generally consists of the first 4 letters of your first name followed by the first 4 letters of your last name and a number.
Example: for Alexander Anderson, the Username would be  alexande1
If you have forgotten your password, please contact your manager and he/she will be able to find that information in your Emprez employee file. 

Case #2:  You have entered the incorrect credentials too many times

You may have entered the wrong password too many times and your access is now blocked.  If this is the case, you will have to contact an Administrator and request that they follow these reactivate your account.
