General documents
Your employer can share documents with you via the Emprez employee portal and the Emprez mobile application.
The "Documents" feature can be used for any type of file. Just make sure you have the programs or applications required to open the different file types.
- Connect to your Employee Portal from any computer or tablet with an internet connexion,
- In the Personal Information menu, click on Show,
- In the Documents section, click on the document to download it.
Document to Acknowledge & Sign
The manager can now send you a document to sign virtually.
Definition: Virtual Signature
The virtual signature is an acknowledgment that the employee makes that he approves a document sent to him by his manager.
This makes it easier for the manager to communicate with his employees, and it provides electronic proof that the employee has received read and approved the document.
Once again, the "Documents" feature can be used for any type of file. Just make sure you have the programs or applications required to open the different file types.
A notification is sent to you when you log in to let you know that that you have received a document that is awaiting your virtual signature.
To Sign A Document via the Employee Portal
- When the notification appears, click on Go to the documents,
- Click on the line written in green which will then download the document
- open the downloaded document and read it
- Once the document has been read, click on I have read and approved the document (NB: you cannot approve the document until you have read it at least once),
- You can see in the Note section, the date and time when you read and approved the document.
- The announcement will continue to appear as a notification until you have approved the document.
- You cannot approve the document virtually without having read it.
