05/21/21: Hide password in employee file

For your privacy, Emprez now gives you the option to hide Emprez users' passwords in their employee folders.
The only condition to benefit from this option is that all employees have an email in their folder so that you can send them back their password in case they forget it.



If the manager is authorized, he will be able to change the password for his employees, but will not see the previous password.
To ensure account security, the employee will be alerted by email if their employee record email is changed/deleted.  This is done to prevent a manager from overwriting an employee's email to receive password information to access the employee portal or the employee's mobile app without authorization.
