01/07/21: The Emprez welcome kit in one clic
A "Send access information by email" button has been created to allow you to send the welcome kit by email to your employees with one click.
For this button to work, you must enter the employee's email address in their employee file.
If you have not entered the address it will be grayed out.
The Emprez welcome kit contains:
- A welcome email
- The Emprez user guide personalized according to the profile (Admin, Manager, Employee)
- The user code and password required to connect to the Emprez personal space
- The badge for the punch machine
To send it to your collaborator, you must follow the following steps:
- In the main menu, click on Employees,
- Type the name of the employee concerned, then click Search,
- Next to Mobile and Web Access, click the Send access information by email button.
