Expired Service web user code or password

Your Service Web password may be expired or no longer valid if you cannot:
  1. Generate and send your pay
  2. Or, Update employee information before processing payroll
  3. Import new employee files OR harmonize existing employee files
Note: Only an Application Manager user can do this operation.
If the Application Manager is not available, please contact your Payroll department.
To reset the password, the app Manager must:

1. In Payroll service

  1. Go to the Administration / User selection section,
  2. Select the Service User (Emprez),
  3. Click on Administration/Type of use/User code,
  4. Click on Create,
  5. Copy the password displayed on the screen.

2. In Emprez 

  1. Go to Pay/Export pay/Service web password,
  2. Make sure you're in the right payroll enterprises if you have more than one,
  3. Click on Save configuration.
