Consult the days off/vacation of past periods
You can now view an employee's day off/vacation history for past periods.
To do this :
- In the main menu, Employees, go to the file of the employee for whom you want to consult this information,
- Click on the gray Vacation button (at the bottom),
- Click on Choose another period at the bottom right,
- Select the date of the desired period with the calendar button,
- Click Select to load the history.
You now have access to the entire history of the period to which the selected date of day off/vacation belongs.
Please note that this feature does not allow you to make any changes, and is for advisory purposes only.
