Adding cumulative premiums in batch

Add the cumulative premium (fix or overtime) in batch

You must set up a premium before you can assign it to your employees. For more information, click here.

Once the premium has been created: 
  1. Click on Employee tab,
  2. Choose Add cumulative premiums,
  3. Select the employees:
    1. By enterprise, 
    2. By Service and Department,
    3. OU By last name, first name,
  4. Click on Search,
  5. Choose the employee's premiums in boxes 1 to 10 if necessary, including the premiums that are already on file for these employees.
  6. Check the affected employees. Use  to select all,
  7. Click on Save.
WARNING: 
If you have existing premiums on the employee's file, be sure to include them in the premium selection.
All other cumulative premiums in the employee's file will be replaced by those that will be selected.
 

To check if the premium is in the employee's file

  1. Access the Employee's file,
  2. At the section Remuneration, all premiums on file are those in brackets.


Add the custom cumulative premium in batch

Once the premium is created:
  1. Click on Employees,
  2. Choose Add cumulative premiums,
  3. Select the employees:
    1. By enterprises,
    2. By department or service,
    3. OR by last name and first name,
  4. Click on Search,
  5. Click on  and choose the custom cumulative premiums that you want to assign,
  6. Check the employees concerned. Use  to Select All,
  7. Click on Save.

To check if the custom cumulative premium is in the employee's file

  1. Access the Employee's file,
  2. Click on Remuneration, then click on Custom Cumulative Premiums,
  3. The Custom cumulative premium attributed to the employee is visible on the line below.
