Description of roles and administrator access (ADMIN)

  1. Administrator access has a global and total view of all the employee files registered in your Emprez account.
    An administrator cannot see another administrator's folder.
  2. Any administrator access CANNOT be used to be scheduled or to have timesheets. 
  3. Administrator access to a company is generally reserved for owners, human resources managers, and payroll managers.

Create an Administrator account

  1. Only the Emprez team is able to create administrator access to your account.
    If you are Super Admin, you will notice that you have the option to switch an employee directly as Administrator but we do not recommend doing this as you will lose current schedules and timesheets.
  2. Only another administrator access to your account.
For any request, complete a ticket with the following information to validate your request:
  1. Ticket subject: Creation of an Admin account
  2. your user code having an Administrator role
  3. The email that will be associated with this account
  4. The rights you want to give to this new administrator
Access to the requested Administrator account will be sent to you by email. The new administrator account can log into the Management portal.

Administrator

This role provides access to all of Emprez's features. An Administrator can create employee files, manage time banks (holidays, sick leave), modify wages, create and view schedules, and also approve hours worked.

Limited Admin 

A limited administrator account has the same access rights as an administrator account, but with some restrictions. The latter cannot create an employee file, change the remuneration, or add new positions to the files. He can however modify certain personal information of the employee such as email, telephone, etc.
