2/04/23: New method to make your schedules
Emprez offers you a new way to make your schedules!
If you are used to making your Schedules using the schedule by position, then you will love this new method. You will be able to make your schedules by selecting a particular position and not all the positions of the department or the different units.
If you have too many employees for the same position, and especially too many positions in the same unit, this method will allow you to have clearer visibility to schedule your employees.
Here's how to use this new feature:
- In the "Schedule for one position (New)" menu,
- Select the Service / Department,
- Under Choose Position from the drop-down menu select the position for which you wish to schedule.
