Why I can't see the menus?
It could be because of the zoom of the browser which is poorly adjusted.
To rectify this:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Next to the "Zoom" option, select the settings you want:
- To enlarge all the elements on the page: click Zoom In
.
- To collapse all the elements on the page: click Zoom Out
.
- To use full-screen mode: click Full-screen
.

- Windows and Linux: Press Ctrl and +.
- Mac: press ⌘ and +.
- Chrome OS: Press Ctrl and +.
To collapse all elements on the page:
- Windows and Linux: Press Ctrl and -.
- Mac: press ⌘ and -.
- Chrome OS: Press Ctrl and -.
You only have to do it once, and it will be the same settings for the next connections.
Once you've set the web page display, you should see the menu at the top, like this:
