Overview of the export section (in positions sections)

The export section helps you to better define your positions in the structure by assigning codes to the position that corresponds to the codes of your pay system (Desjardins, Nethris or other). There are 3 types of exports:
  1. Exportation: the position code which is that of your structure
  2. CCQ
  3. Segments
Please note that by default, classic export is activated.
To see your export codes, download your current structure: click on Structure and Positions  on the main menu.
For a global and complete modification of these codes, please submit a ticket request with the completed export codes.
If you must have the CCQ or the active segments as a type of export, you must send us a request.
  1. To access the export characteristics, go to your Employee's file,
  2. Click on Positions,
  3. Opposite the position concerned, click on  to modify,
  4. Choose ExportationCCQ, or Segment.

Please ask your payroll system to provide you with the correct codes before adding them to Emprez.
If you use Desjardins and Nethris as your payroll system and you need more information on the segment codes, click here

For a global and complete modification of the structure codes, please submit a request by a ticket with the completed export codes.
