Using Parameters Profile

You are responsible for entering data in Emprez during hiring. This option allows you to copy settings from one employee to another employee in the same position.
A parameters profile allows you to assign:
  1. A position, premiums, and payroll company,
  2. The parameters for the punch, the web portal, and the mobile application,
  3. Timesheet settings 
You must have an Administrator user profile to be able to create a settings profile.

Default settings profile

The default parameters profile is that of your Administrator profile, with which you create/import the new employee. To get there:
  1. Click on Parameters ,
  2. Choose My Employee Profile, next to the Validate button,
  3. The section Parameters 
Time punching and Mobile and Web Access
  1. Once in your Employee profile,
  2. In the Parameters section,
  3. Click on Time punching or Mobile and Web access.
Time punching and Mobile and Web access will be copied to future employee files if you have not defined parameters profile.
You still have to tick if the employee punches or not when you create/import it.
Timesheet setting
  1. In Employee file,
  2. On the Parameters section,
  3. Click on Work Parameters,
  4. Choose the Timesheet tab.

Create a settings profile

1. Access the Work parameters 
  1. Access the Parameters  menu,
  2. Choose Parameters profile manager,
2. Add a profile
  1. In the bottom right, click on New profile ,
3. Display the name and the users who will have access to the profile
  1. Enter the group name in Description, then check Profile is active,
  2. To add a user, click on ,
4. Position, premium and company payroll
  1. Select Service, Department in which the position is located, 
  2. Choose a Position (not mandatory if you want a Profile Parameter that can be applied to several positions),
OR
  1. Create a new position (not mandatory if you want a Profile Parameter that can be applied to several positions),
  2. Select the employee's payroll company at Employee to be paid by,
  3. Select hourly and cumulative premiums.
5. Punch, Web Portal, and Mobile App Parameters 
This part includes the employee's access to the different platforms available to him. 

6. Timesheet
This part includes automatic rounding employee's entry and exit times. For more details on setting up timesheets, click here.

7. Save


Modify a settings profile

1. Access the Parameters Profile Manager menu
  1. Go to the Parameters   menu,
  2. Choose Parameters Profile manager, the list of your Settings is displayed.
2. Modify the profile
  1. On the same line as the profile, you want to modify, click on ,
  2. Make the necessary changes from the next page,
3. Save

Use a parameters profile

When you are creating or importing an employee, after filling in the employee's personal information, you can choose the parameters profile of your choice.



When an employee changes position and/or department, you can apply the existing parameters profile and apply it to the employee for automatic adjustments.
