Emprez assists you during the creation of your schedules and offers you different types of views to facilitate this mission according to your concerns. In the Schedule menu, we offer types of schedules.
Schedules by position
The Schedule by shift function allows you to create your schedules with a display by shift. Your employees are distributed according to the position occupied. To find out more,

Schedules by employee
This vision allows you to create your plans with a display without segmentation according to the position of each employee. This method is similar to the Excel method, in which the employee is on the left, and the shifts are on the right, but Emprez allows you to be more precise in the selection of the employees who appear.
Schedules & plans
The Plan Manager allows you to create and revise your schedules based on the workforce needs of the business. Scheduled plans is an innovative method that allows you to create your schedules from previously created planning. This method makes it possible to meet the needs of the company, making the schedule simply consists of "filling in the boxes" or the needs to be filled.
We also give you the opportunity to classify your employees for a different type of view on your schedules according to the parameters that interest you.
Classify your employees
Emprez gives you the possibility of sorting your employees according to several criteria (alphabetical seniority ...) This functionality will allow you to prioritize your employees according to the sorting criterion put forward. You can also assign levels to your employees in order to have a global vision of the skills required when creating your schedules.
