An assistance bar

The help bar on your dashboard has been updated and optimized to provide you with new functions.
Thus, you now have 4 buttons available:
  1. News: Find out about the latest news and tips for using Emprez
  2. Knowledge Base: To access Emprez's brand new knowledge base with tutorials of all the features listed according to your needs, in accordance with your user profile (Administrator, manager, employee, payroll officer, and general information)
  3. Take an appointment: we offer you the possibility of taking an appointment with one of our agents to benefit from private assistance in the time slot of your choice. We will ask you to specify your questions in order to be able to provide you with optimal assistance.
  4. Support: You have a blockage, you want to activate an option or create an administrator, do not hesitate to send us a ticket! Our team will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. In the case of blockage, do not hesitate to send us a screenshot of the problem encountered for even faster assistance.

The icon  

Now, the icon  appears on your Emprez interface next to each title or subtitle when a tutorial is available to help you use the feature. You just have to click on the  for the tutorial to open in a new tab. These tutorials will guide you step by step when you have questions about any of the functions of Emprez.
