Emprez saves you the repetitive and complex tasks linked when creating your schedules. It will ensure that you do not forget anything so that your workforce is optimal. You will find below an overview of the functions that will assist you when creating your schedules.

Work shift

The shift is the basic unit of any schedule that you enter in Emprez. It is a work shift that you enter which will punctate the employee's workday. You have the possibility of integrating the time slot, the type of shift (if it is a work shift or a training day for example), the time and the time of meal and break, the task and function assigned to the employee, and other details.

Predetermined shift

In your week, the same needs for people and floor positions may be repeated. For this, we have created the function of predetermined shifts. Presence, break time, meal times ... as many parameters that can be saved. You just have to assign a shift to your employees.

Classify your employees

Emprez gives you the possibility of sorting your employees according to several criteria (alphabetical seniority...) This functionality will allow you to prioritize your employees according to the sorting criterion put forward.
You can also assign levels to your employees in order to have a global vision of the skills required when creating your schedules.
Emprez also gives you the ability to create employee groups to filter employees in schedules and timesheets.

Manage budgets 

Get alert when you have exceeded your budget for hours or money for a week. A manager can manage his budgets in his user profile to ensure that when he makes a schedule, he does not exceed this limit.

Events

Emprez offers you to record the date and time of particular events so that when creating schedules, a reminder will tell you the nature of the event to prepare your schedules accordingly.

Publish a schedule

Once finalized, Emprez allows you to distribute the schedule to your employees in one click. They will be able to show up on D-day and exchange their shifts if something unexpected happens.

Premiums

Your employees are working unusual hours or performing different functions than their usual functions and you want to reward them. Emprez assists you from setting up your premiums, through calculation, to export to payroll.
