Employee tutorial: Covid-19 questionnaire on the punch

Thanks to Emprez, make it two-in-one: Mark your presence and answer the mandatory Covid-19 survey directly on the punch machine.

To do this, do not change your habits:
  1. Enter your badge number on the machine,
  2. Then click on the central red Covid-19 button,
  3. The machine tells you that in case of Yes to one of the questions you must contact your manager, then click on Start,
  4. Answer the questions, click on Next to go to the next question,
  5. On the 8th question, click Finish,
  6. You can mark your presence or in the event of a "Yes" answer, approach your manager.
The survey is daily, repeat the operation at the start of each shift.
ALERT:
The machine tells you that in the event of Yes to one of the questions you must report it to your manager before starting your shift.
