7. My Time Bank

In your Emprez mobile application you will find two sections devoted to your time banks:
  1. In the second sliding menu - Custom Timebank : In the main menu, via this section you can use your personalized time bank to request leave. The implementation of this personalized time bank will depend on the wishes of your manager.
  2. Time bank: In the secondary menu , via the Time bank submenu, you can consult your available time banks. You have three official time banks: Sick time bank, vacation time bank and classic time bank; is added a personalized time bank according to the wishes of your manager.
A personalized time bank is a time bank set up by your managers to use for your absence requests (excluding vacation and illness). Depending on the policy of the company for which you work, personalized time banks may be set up for your moves, marriage, births for example.

My Custom Timebank: Use your custom time bank

If this feature is not authorized by your manager, the menu related to this option will be grayed and inaccessible.
If your manager has created a personalized time bank, use it for your absence requests (excluding vacation or illness):
  1. In the second sliding menu, click on Time Banks,
  2. Click on Make a request,
  3. Fill in the fields as desired
  4. Click Request Approval,
  5. Select the manager to whom you want to send your request, and click Confirm.
You can consider your request validated when you receive a message in your formal messaging system to notify you of the status of your request.
  1. Your request remains waiting for approval until your manager has given his consent or refusal.
  2. When your manager gives his consent or refusal, you will receive a message in your Formal messaging menu (green point next to it as a notification),
  3. Click on the message and check the status of your "Approved" or "Refused" request.

Time bank: Consult your available time banks


Your TimeBank is a counter group together :
  1. TimeBank: the number of hours available and set aside to be paid later. This is an overtime reserve
  2. Sick Days Bank: the number of hours available over a defined period if you need to take sick leave
  3. Vacations Bank: the number of days of vacation available over a defined period to take vacations
To access it, go to the secondary menu , then to the Time Bank submenu.
