If your manager gets an error message when logging in, check the following list:
1. Check if it connects in the correct portal
When the manager wants to create/modify the schedules and/or modify the timesheets, he must connect to the manager portal:
https://app.emprez.net/p/#/2. Check that he has the correct user code and the correct password
His user code is made up of the first 4 letters of his first name, followed by the first 4 letters of his last name, with one / more digits at the end.
Example: for Alexandre Thériault, the user code will be alexther1
In the Parameters section, in the Mobile and Web Access line, you can find their user code/password (and his role)
3. Check if its accesses are well distributed
- Go to his employee file,
- In the Parameters section, click on Mobile and Web access,
- Click on Associated rights,
- Check the department(s) in the left column and check the company (s) to which he must have access in the right column,
- Click on Save,
- In the Parameters section, under Mobile and Web Access, next to their username and password, their role must be Manager.
If after
all these checks he still cannot connect, please
send us a ticket with the following information:
- Her name
- His first name
- The user code he uses
- The rights to which he is supposed to have access
