Manager Profile: My accesses
To log in to Emprez you will need your user code and password. Log in to the Management portal. Find your accesses
Initially, your employer must give you your access.
When you contact technical support, have your user code on hand so that the technician can identify you:
- Once you are connected, click on your name at the top right,
- Click on My Employee Profile, next to the Validate button,
- In the bottom section, find your user code and password.
Change the password
- Log in with your account,
- Click on your name at the top right (next to the log out button),
- Click on My Employee Profile (next to the Validate button),
- In the Parameters section, click on Mobile and Web Access,
- Clear the content of Password and write the desired new password,
- Click Save.
Access messages
By default, all managers can receive messages from all employees who have positions in departments via the mobile application and the web portal.
If you do not want the manager to appear in the list of message recipients, in its Employee file > Mobile and Web access > uncheck Can receive messages, then click on Save.
➤ Send requests to managers
By default, all managers are capable to receiving:
- Availability changes from employees
- Vacation requests
- Replacement requests and shit exchanges
If the manager cannot receive messages, he will not be able to receive requests.
Change the language of your account
Emprez is available in French or English, to change the language of your account follow the following steps:
- Click on your name in the main menu or go the Employee menu,
- Once your file is open, click on your name (1),
- In the Language section, select the language of your choice (2),
- Click Save to save this change.
Modify your access
For security reasons, the Emprez team reserves the right to make changes to accounts of the Manager type without the authorization of its Administrator.
