Management reports

Emprez gives you the possibility to edit several types of management reports.
These reports will allow you to edit the information sought according to a more or less wide funnel of your employees (Divisions> Services> Department> Sub-departments). Some of these reports are also available in an individual format where you can focus on one employee at a time.

You may not have access to certain types of reports because they are optional. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support for more information.

Emprez gives you the possibility to receive these reports daily or weekly directly in your inbox.

If it concerns financial data, only the ADMIN will have access to it, the other types of reports are also accessible to the Managers.

Employee section: 

  1. Time punch Codes: Get the codes to punch from your employees, in Pdf format.
  2. Access codes: Obtain the user codes and passwords of your employees to access their Emprez personal space (mobile application and web portal), in Pdf format.
  3. Years of Service: Edit the number of years of service of each employee, in Pdf format.
  4. Expired competencies: Gain an overview of the expired competencies of your employees. This report lets you know if you need to plan training and updates, in Pdf format.
  5. Active competencies: Have an overview of the active competencies of your employees, in Pdf and Excel format.
  6. Salary: Allows you to have an overview of the salaries of each of your employees, in Pdf and Excel format.
  7. Phone list: Depending on the data entered in your employees' files, you may have a list of the telephone contact of your employees, in Pdf format.
  8. Birthdays: Have the date of birth of each of your employees, in Pdf format.
  9. Seniority per position: Measure the experience acquired by your employees according to the position held, in Pdf format.
  10. Emergency contacts: Depending on the data entered in your employees' files, you may have a list of the emergency telephone contact of your employees, in Pdf format.
  11. Turnovers: Evaluate the number of departures based on the average number of employees over a specified period, in Excel format.
  12. Premiums list per Employee: Have a global overview of all premiums associated with employees.

Schedules section: 

  1. Hourly attendance: Know the hourly presence of your employees over a fixed period, in Excel format.
  2. Daily attendance: Know the daily presence of your employees on a specific date, in Pdf or Excel format.
  3. Vacation calendar: Have the holiday calendar for the current period or for the following period, in Pdf or Excel format.
  4. Availabilities: Have an overview of your employees' availability over a specified period, in Excel format.
  5. Weekly schedule: Have a view of the weekly schedules of your employees over a determined period, in Excel format.

Costs section: 

  1. Hours worked Summary: Know the estimated VS actual hours - worked by your employees over a fixed period with the possibility of having the details and amounts. The figures on this report are in minutes (1/60) and exclude vacations, holidays as well as training and practice hours. In addition, overtime is not taken into account in the amounts. Available in Pdf or Excel format.
  2. Bonuses: Find out the bonuses awarded to your employees over a fixed period, in Excel format.
  3. Costs per day: Know the estimated VS actual hours compared to the planned sales - worked by your employees over a fixed period with the possibility of having the amounts. Available in Excel format.

Custom Time banks section: 

  1. Custom time bank balances: Know the balance of your employees' personalized time banks on a specific date, in Excel format.
  2. Custom time bank details: Know the details of the personalized time banks of your employees over a fixed period, in Excel format.

Emprez BI: 

  1. Work, Late Arrivals, Absences and Amounts paid per Employee (Emprez Index available): Know the number of working days, absences, and compensation per employee, in Excel format.
  2. Work, Late Arrivals, Absences and Amounts paid per Employee - Selection by structures and groups (Emprez Index available): Know the number of working days, absences, and remuneration by structure/group, in Excel format.
  3. Amounts Paid: Amount of remuneration per payroll company, in Excel format.
  4. Absenteeism and Late Arrivals per Structure: Absenteeism rate, lateness and the total amount of late shifts find (HH: MM), in Excel format.
  5. Amounts paid per Payroll for a selected Payperiod: This report will allow you to see the sum of expenses for each earnings code (hours worked, premiums, training...) over a pay period.
    If you have several payroll companies, this will allow you to compare the expenses of your structures between them, the report will contain several sheets.
    If you want to compare two pay periods, you will just have to edit two reports by changing the date and the number of the pay period.
Emprez index: anonymous comparison of your company's data with other companies in the same group as yours, recorded in Emprez.
So you can compare your performance to similar companies for a fairer comparison.

Custom reports:

  1. In order to best meet your needs, know that Emprez offers personalized reports. Give us the parameters you need, we study the feasibility of your request, and if possible, we come back to you to provide you with the solution.
  2. Type of personalized report possible: Total hours - Find out the number of hours accumulated by an employee according to the position held according to a reference date, in Excel format.
Please note that reports in the Custom section are a paid option, please contact the Emprez team for more information on this option.

Timesheets section: 

All reports in the timesheets section require the relevant timesheets to be approved.
Unapproved timesheets will not display in the report.
  1. Collective leaves: Have a list of your employees' absences over a specified period, in Pdf or Excel format.
  2. Individual leaves of absences: Have a list of absences per employee over a determined period, in Pdf or Excel format.
  3. Exceptions by employee: Edit the exceptions per employee related to punching faults (eg: delay, forgetfulness ...). You can choose all the factors or one more precisely from the list below. Available in Pdf format.
         
  1. Exceptions by subdivision: Edit the exceptions by subdivision linked to punching defects (eg: delay, omissions, etc.). You can choose all the factors or one more precisely from the list above. Available in Pdf format.
  2. Daily summary: Edit weekly or 2-week hours worked for your business, in Pdf or Excel format.
  3. Individual summary: Edit the hours worked of one of your employees over a defined period, in Pdf format.
  4. Batch Individual summary: Edit the individual hours worked over a period defined for your company, in Excel format.
  5. Timesheets: Edit the timesheets of an employee over a defined period, Pdf format.
  6. Batch timesheets: Edit the timesheets of your employees from a defined date (sort by alphabetical order or number), Pdf format.
  7. Inter-Division: Know the total hours worked and the amount of a company over a defined period, Excel format.
  8. Training: Know the training hours and the total amount over a period defined by the company, Excel format.
  9. Overtime: Know the overtime hours worked on a specific date by company, Excel format.
  10. Punches per employee: Edit the list of punches per employee over a defined period, Pdf format.
  11. Modified punches: Edit the list of modified punches over a defined period with the notes you entered during the adjustment, Pdf format.
  12. Modified punches per employee: Edit the list of modified punches, by the employee, over a defined period with the notes you entered during the adjustment, Pdf format.
  13. Time bank: Edit the timebank (accumulated overtime, vacation ...), Pdf format.
  14. Banks Summary: Have a view on sickness banks, vacations in hours, and amounts per employee over a predefined period, Excel format.
  15. Delays and absences: Obtain the team's delays and absences over a defined period, in Excel format.
  16. Delays and absences by the employee: Obtain the delays and absences of an employee over a defined period, in Excel format.
  17. Real hours summary: Know the total hours per employee per day and a defined period, Pdf, and Excel format.
  18. Stat. holidays Calculation: Calculation of the hours worked by your employees per holiday included in the given period.
  19. Stat. holidays list: List of public holidays over a defined period, Pdf, and Excel format.
  20. Timesheet complete list per payroll: Edit the list of all timesheets of a pay period, by payroll company, Excel format.
  21. Timesheet complete list per structure: Edit the list of all timesheets of a pay period, refining by department and services, in Excel format.
