Management of sales and sales/cost ratios
The management of sales and sales/cost ratios allows the manager to monitor the forecast budget in order to maximize profit margins and reduce losses.
- Ask one of our agents to activate this tool for you through a ticket,
- Then, from your Preferences, check the box Show Cost Objectives and Validate.
Define your sales/costs ratios
- Click on the Schedules menu, then on Sales and Ratios Sales/Costs Management,
- Click on New +,
- Choose the Service(s), department(s) to the left, and fill in the fields on the right,
- Check the Active box,
- Click on Save.
Where to view it?
From the Schedules by employee, display the department's schedules for the desired period.
At the bottom of the page, you will see the Costs target.
