Hide financial information in the time window

If you are an Emprez Administrator, you can see the salaries of your employees. However, for reasons of confidentiality depending on your work environment, you may want to work the schedules without seeing the salaries of your employees.
Emprez gives you the option to hide financial data by clicking on the icon .

Hide financial information by default:

As Administrator, you have the option of having the responsible view by default, to have it, follow the instructions below:

  1. In the main menu, click on your name at the top right (in the blue bar) to access your Preferences,
  2. Uncheck the Display amounts box,
  3. Click on Validate,
  4. Log out for your account to update.
