What is it?

Emprez Business Intelligence (Emprez BI) is the brand new module proposed by Emprez to allow you to measure the performance of your human resources thanks to key performance indicators!
This module allows you to have a global view of the performance of your company. You get both a general view of all your employees, but also a detailed view per employee.

Here are the different data you will have access to:
  1. Worked hours that exceed the scheduled hours
  2. Absenteeism
  1. Authorized absences
  2. Non authorized absences
  1. Late Arrivals
  2. Late end of workshifts
  3. Meals duration is too long
  4. Breaks duration is too long

What is it for?

✔️ Having a more realistic view of what is happening in the field in terms of absences, lateness, overtime will allow you to adjust your management for a better performance of your teams.

✔️ For late arrivals and absences, you will be able to identify the employees at fault and thus be able to prevent this problem.

✔️ For hours worked in excess of the planned schedule and late shift ends you will be able to identify the cause of these overtime hours, and if they are necessarily better adapt your schedules to avoid paying employees overtime.

For whom?

This module is intended for all managers who want to improve the productivity of their teams by keeping an eye on the performance of their human resources.
Once the module is activated, it will be available to all Admins and Limited Admins. It will be possible to activate it for Managers and Limited Managers only upon request of an Admin.
