Emprez BI Module - Report: Turnover by department

Calculate your staff turnover rate by accessing the dedicated report!

1. Click on Report in the main menu,
2. Under Reports-Employees, click on Turnover,
3. Select the Divisions, Departments, Sub-Departments (if you want to refine your search) to a particular team,
4. Select the start date and end date on which you want to obtain the turnover rate of your staff,
5. Click on Report Excel to get the document.
   Please note that the report may take a few minutes to complete due to the large amount of data required for the calculation. 

If you are using EmployerD or Nethris as your payroll service: When you synchronize the employee records, Emprez gets the information of the employee's departure date from the company, but does not get the reason for the departure.

If you want Emprez to get this information, you have to enter it manually in Emprez when the employee leaves the company.
