Emprez BI Module - Late end of workshifts

Definition

If an employee is supposed to finish at 4:00 p.m. but finishes at 4:30 p.m., it is a delayed end of shift.


Possible solutions

If there are much-delayed shift ends, Emprez offers the following possible reasons and solutions: 
  1. Employees do not punch out when their shift is over
Some people may wait a few minutes before punching out. (e.g., employees prepare by going to the locker room before punching out).
In this case, it would be wise to purchase additional punches, install them near the individual's workplace and ensure that the employee punches out as he or she leaves the workplace, not as he or she leaves the company.

      2. The schedules created do not reflect the real needs of the company

Identify individuals who are prone to overshooting their shifts, as well as their departments. To do this, click on "Details". Then, check to see if this situation has persisted for several months or if it is only temporary.
It may be that the employees for whom this situation exists have to wait for their colleagues before leaving.
