Possible solutions

1. Identify the problematic employees by clicking on "Employee responsible of this situation" in the Late Arrivals



2. Identify the behaviour by checking the annual Lateness ratio of specific individuals


3. As well as the monthly Late Arrivals history: To view data by month, click on the arrow next to the desired year.



4. Verbalize your disappointment, as well as the impact on team members, the company and its customers
5. Propose an action plan
6. Clearly describe the consequences of not following company policies regarding delays
7. Reward improvements

View the Absenteeism and Late arrivals per structure report by facility to see the history by department
