Emprez BI module - Absence management and absenteeism

The dashboard of the module allows you to see at a glance the absenteeism rate of your team over 1 month.
You can refine your search by selecting the service / department / sub-department.

Absenteeism (%):
On the right, a column shows the most absent employees in descending order.

Authorized absences: 
Authorized absences by category (paid sickness, unpaid sickness ...) in number and percentage

Non Authorized absences: 
Unauthorized absences as a percentage of total absences


Statement for your company

  1. If your absentee rate is much lower than the Emprez Index: 
  1. It is likely that the people approving the timesheets are not doing so properly.
    In order for the absenteeism rate to be calculated correctly by Emprez, an employee who does not show up must be flagged as absent. Here is how to do it: Approve a timesheet with Absence.
  1. If your absenteeism rate is higher than the Emprez Index: 
  1. You need to identify the reasons, and address them.

Possible solutions

A multitude of factors can cause delays, here are some solutions: 
  1. Absenteeism and recurrent delays can be due to a lack of motivation of your employees.
    Emprez, in partnership with RhMetrix, allows you to survey employees from the punch to determine their job satisfaction, and thus find solutions to the problems detected, including absenteeism and recurring delays. To learn more, click here.

  2. Identify problematic employees by clicking on "Employees responsible of this situation" on the right of the graph.

  3. Identify behaviour by checking the annual absenteeism history of specific individuals


  4. As well as the monthly behaviour : To view data by month, click on the arrow next to the desired year.


  5. Verbalize your disappointment, as well as the impact on team members, the company and its customers

  6. Propose a plan of action
  7. Clearly describe the consequences of not following company policies regarding tardiness
  8. Reward improvements
