Employee file: Demographic information & calendar synchronization
- Go to your employee's file: Employees> Enter the name of the employee concerned> Select the employee from the proposed list,
- Click on the employee's name (1),
- Edit the data concerning the employee's address (2),
- Click on Save.
Don't forget to check the Employee is visible box so that the employee appears during your searches.
Enter your employee's email
We advise you to enter your employee's email to be able to offer them the synchronization of their planning with their calendar, but also to be able to send them the Emprez welcome kit in one click.
To do this :
- Go to your employee's file: Employees> Enter the name of the employee concerned> Select the employee from the proposed list,
- Click on the employee's name,
- Edit the data concerning the employee's email,
- Click on Save.

Propose synchronization of the schedule to the employee's calendar
The Emprez application is compatible with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar so that the employee can synchronize their schedule with their personal calendar.
Synchronization is done through a link that you can share with him, here are the steps:
- Go to your employee's file: Employees> Enter the name of the employee concerned> Select the employee from the proposed list,
- You have two options for providing the link to your employee (1):
- If an email address is already registered in the file, you just have to click on Send by email.
- If the email address is not yet registered you can copy the link and send it by another medium.
Emprez will not be able to provide you with technical support for problems encountered with these two applications.
