Employee file note

You may want to add a note to your employee's file regarding a special request, projects, meetings, etc.
Emprez lets you add this note to your employee's file and decide on access.
This note will not be visible in the schedule or in the timesheets. It will only be visible in the employee's file.

To add it, here are the steps:
  1. Go to the employee file on which you want to insert a note,
  2. Click on Recent last note, in the Employment file section,
  3. To add a note, click on ,
  4. Write your note, then select from the Visibility drop-down menu of the note to whom you want to give access:
  5. All: note visible for all managers (Admin and Managers)
  6. Administrators: note accessible to Admin and limited Admin only
  7. Private: note visible only with your account
  8. Click on Save.
At any time, you can modify or delete this note. Deletion is instantaneous.
