Different types of timesheet display

Pay period display

This type of timesheet display allows you to have all the timesheets of all employees who worked during the chosen pay period.

Here's how to view timesheets by pay period:
  1. Click on the Timesheets menu,
  2. Choose your Employee Groups or the department to display in the menu bar on the left,
  3. Choose the Pay period to display below For the Pay Period using the arrows at the ends to go from one period to another or from one month to another,
  4. Click on Save.


Display by day

The display by day allows you to have all the timesheets for a chosen day. 
This display is recommended because the manager has the information of the course of the day. He will be able to make better changes in the timesheets of his employees at the end of the day. It is very likely that by making approvals after a week certain details may escape him, for example, proof of delays, absences, or last-minute schedule changes.

Here's how to view timesheets per day: 
  1. Access your manager area,
  2. Click on the Timesheets menu,
  3. Choose your employee group or the department to display in the left menu,
  4. Click on the drop-down menu below your pay period or for only that day and choose the date to display,
  5. Click on Save.
It is not possible to display a date prior to 2 pay periods, for data security reasons.




View by employee

In order to view an employee's timesheets, please follow the following steps:

From his employee file

  1. Access to the Employee file,
  2. Click on Timesheets, at the bottom in the gray buttons,
  3. Select the desired period and navigate to other periods with the arrows,
  4. Use the arrows to the left of the employee's first and last name to view the details.
                             

From the Timesheets menu

  1. Click on Timesheets menu,
  2. Select a group in which the employee is located, or the department in the menu on the left,
  3. Click on Load (under the date bar),
  4. From the drop-down menu at the bottom select the employee from the list. This action will hide the other employees for the selected period.
