PayRoll code: This is the pay code in your pay system. It is with this code that the hours worked approved in this position will be exported to payroll and paid to the employee
If you do not have a bonus code, please contact your payroll department to create it.
It may be that for specific reasons of your payroll management, you wish to export the hours worked from a particular position in a gain code other that of regular hours worked.

Take, for example, the Mariott Ingrid employee who has several positions on file. You want to export these hours worked as an Accountant in gain 022, but all of his other positions continue to be exported in gain 001.

The two images below show the configurations for the Technician position:

Steps to associate gain 022 for the technician position:
  1. Click on Pay, then on Custom association between a PayRoll Code and a Position,
  2. Click on  to add a position to the list,
  3. Choose the Service, Department then the position Technician,
  4. Enter the new wi Code Payroll code,
  5. Click on Save.
By default, the Export hourly wage is check. If it is unchecked, the hourly rate and the amount will not be exported.

If the Replace the employees' associated codes with the following information box is checked, the export codes for the division, the department, and sub-department associated with the position of the employees will be replaced during export by those filled in the fields provided for this purpose.
However, the codes will not change the default configuration defined in the employee's file or in the structure.
