Configure Emprez formal messaging

Employees can only see managers with access to the department they work in if that manager also has access to that department.

Managers can only see employees who work in the department(s) to which he has access.

For employees

To allow your employees to send formal messages to managers:

In the employee's folder, click on Mobile and Web Access, check the Display Messages box,
Click Apply to all employees if you want to apply the settings to the whole team, then click Save.

To allow employees to make vacation, absence, shift exchange requests to managers:

In the employee's folder, click on Work Parameters, check the desired red circled boxes,

Click on Apply these Schedule parameters to all employees if you want to apply the settings to the whole team, then click Save.

It is recommended that managers use the web portal rather than the mobile app to process messages to take advantage of the ranking of requests.

To allow managers to respond to employees via the Emprez application:

In the Manager folder, click on Mobile and Web Access, check the Display Messages box, and then click Save.

To have employee requests classified according to their type (vacation requests, shift exchange ...):

In the Manager's folder, click on Mobile and Web Access, check the red circled boxes according to your needs, and then click Save.
