Employee competencies

Emprez allows you to add skills to your employee's file.

Create, Modify, Delete a skill

To add a skill to your employee's file, follow the instructions below:
  1. Go to your Employee's file,
  2. Under Hiring information, click on Competencies,
  3. With the Employee's Competencies window open, click,
  4. Fill in the fields: Date Effective, Competence, Expiration, Note,
  5. Click on Save.

Consults competencies

Once the competence has been added, you can consult it in the employee's file: if a skill is already mentioned you will see "1 active competence".
To have an overview of the skills of all your team, you can edit a report of current competencies.

To edit a common competencies report:
  1. In the top menu, click on Reports ,
  2. Then open Reports - 'Employees', Active competencies,
  3. Select the Division(s), Service(s), Department(s), Sub-Department(s) according to the desired refinement,
  4. Then click on Report in PDF or Excel Report according to the desired format.
In the event that the training courses have an expiration date and you need to take stock of the personnel concerned, you can also edit an Expired competencies report.

To edit an Expired competencies report:
  1. In the top menu, click on Reports ,
  2. Then open Reports - 'Employees', Expired competencies,
  3. Select the Division(s), Service(s), Department(s), Sub-Department(s) according to the desired refinement,
  4. Then click on Report in PDF or Excel Report according to the desired format.
