9. Apply for a shift to be filled
Your manager may offer available employees a shift to fill. This is a shift that is to be filled on a voluntary basis. Employees who are not placed on the schedule will have the option of applying if they wish.
When a shift is to be filled, you will receive a notification on your mobile application.
All you need to do is follow these steps to apply:
- In the Formal Messaging menu, click Work Shifts,
- You will see the detail of the shift available, you can click on Apply if you wish.
You will have to wait for the validation of your manager to consider that you will work that day.
You will be notified directly via your formal email, and the shift will be placed on your schedule.
