4. Availabilities and Vacation

Availabilities: Define your availabilities

If your Time off section is grayed out, this means that you are not authorized to submit requests via your mobile application.
Please contact your Manager to activate them.
He must follow these instructions: Give employees access to the mobile application.
  1. Here's how to request availability in the mobile app:
    1. In the second drop-down menu, go to Availabilities,
    2. Click on + Add availability at the top of the page to change your availability,
    3. Complete the following page:

    4. Click Request Approval to submit to your manager,
    5. Validate by choosing your manager, then clicking on Submit at the top right.
Your request will then be "Pending" until your manager confirms it.
To see the status of your request, you can go to the Messaging section.
When the manager responds to your request, you will receive a message in Messaging.


Days off: Define my unavailabilities

If your Time off section is grayed out, this means that you are not authorized to submit requests via your mobile application. 
Please contact your Manager to activate them. 
He must follow these instructions: Give employees access to the mobile application.
Reporting unavailability will notify your Manager that you are not available on the schedule for the days/times indicated. This will not affect your vacation leave balance and you will not be paid for those days. If you wish to use your vacation balance please click here.
  1. In the second drop-down menu, go to Days Off,
  2. Click on + Add Day Off at the top of the page to change your unavailability,
  3. Complete the following page:

  4. Validate by choosing your manager, then clicking on Submit at the top right.
Your request will then be "Pending" until your manager approves it. To see the status of your request, return to My Day off. When the manager responds to your request, you will receive a message in the Messaging menu.

Vacation: Request vacations

If the option Vacation is grayed out this means that your Manager does not allow you to request a holiday via the Mobile Application. 
Please contact him, and ask him to follow these steps to activate the option.
Depending on the parameters defined by your employer, your vacation requests will be either in day or in hours.

To submit a day vacation via the mobile app

  1. In the second drop-down menu, go to Vacation,
  2. Click on + Add Vacation at the top of the page to change your unavailability,
  3. Complete the following page:

    1. Validate by choosing your manager, then clicking on Submit at the top right.
    You have the number of vacation days available in real-time and the history of all your requests.
    Start and End dates are inclusive. You must ut a Justification to be able to submit the request to a manager.
    Vacation requests will be pending until approved by the manager.
