Language
To change the language of your application, you must manage your phone's settings. By default, the language of the application will be the language of your phone.
To get there :
- Click on the menu
(at the bottom), then click on Settings, - This option redirects you to your mobile phone settings related to Emprez, choose the language of your choice.
Password
Update my password
- Log in to your account on the mobile application,
- Click on the menu
(at the bottom), - Go to My Password,
- Enter the requested information in the appropriate boxes,
- Click Update.
Now use this new password to log in to the mobile and web application.
Forgot your password
In the connection page, click on I forgot my password, an email will be sent to the registered email to give you the possibility to reset your password. You will then have 30 minutes to enter the temporary password sent to you by Emprez.
Please note that Emprez does not have access to the temporary password sent to you. If you no longer have access to the email entered in your file, you must reach the expiration of the temporary password (30 min).
Too many login attempts with the wrong password

this article to reactivate your account.
