12/15/20: Reports - Premiums List per Employee
Find all the premiums allocated to your employees in the "Premiums List per Employee" report in Excel format!
To do this :
- In the main menu, click on "Reports" symbolized by
,
- Go to Report - "Employees"> Premiums List per Employee,
- In order to refine your search, you can select the Division, the service(s), the department(s), the sub-department(s),
- Choose the reference date,
- Click on Report (Excel), the report will automatically download in Excel format to your usual download folder.
Each type of premiums is sorted by window in your Excel file:
- Hourly premiums where you will also find the premium for the position column
- Cumulative premiums
- Cumulative personalized bonuses
Here is an overview of the report which is downloaded in Excel format in the usual download location defined on your computer:
