Setting the covid-19 survey and exporting your employees' answers

Target your employees for the implementation of the questionnaire

Here are the steps to set up the survey:

1. In Parameters  > Survey manager,
2. In front of the survey, click on ,
   
3. Define the company(ies) and divisions to which you want to submit the survey, then click on Retrieve employees,
   
4. Select employees one by one, or click on  to select them all at once.
5. Make sure that all employees can punch, in the second column otherwise they will not be able to answer the survey.
6. Click on Save.
   
   

Export the report of your employees' responses in Excel format

1. To export the results of the survey in Excel format, you just have to click on , and select the desired dates.
   The Excel format will allow you to search and sort according to the element you are looking for in case of control.
