New 1: Shortcut to send an email/notification to your employees
This button 
has been added to the employee file to be able to send an email or notification to the employee's mobile app with one click.
⚠️The employee's email must be entered in the employee file. Method here.
When you send a message, the employee receives an email + notification on the mobile app.
The body of the message can only be read via email.
New 2: Filter your employee file searches by profile access
Emprez now gives you the ability to filter the type of access profiles you want to search for.
- In the Employees menu, click on Search,
- Check the box(es) for the desired access profile(s),
- Then click Search, and the list of matching employee records will appear.
