02/06/21: Share your plans with other managers
Emprez allows you to create plans to create your Schedules & plans. You can now share one or more plans with other managers in a few clicks, without having to enter each plan.
Warning: By sharing your plans, the manager with whom you shared them can make changes that will alter your basic plans.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Click on Schedules, then click on Schedules/Planning,
- Manage Plans (on the right),
- Then on
the bottom of the page,
- In the drop-down menu select the user to whom you want to share your plans,
- Click on
to select all your plans, or on
to do it case by case.
- Click on Save.
